The girls of the LifeBuilder's group have organized a periodic fellowship call SPICE night (Sisters Praying, Inspiring, Cultivating & Encouraging). They are going to meet up at 6pm the last Thursday of the month at various locations. Ladies - please check out their site (linked above & below in our links section) for more specific information. Tulsa Oiler's Game Tonight

Bring your SHAPE Sheet...

This Sunday we are continuing our Developing your SHAPE for Ministry sessions with a lesson on using your experiences. We will also be filling in another portion of our SHAPE worksheet, so remember to bring it. Hopefully, it is now starting to fill up. If you have not got one, or have lost it just let me know and I will get you another. Same goes for any of the worksheets/surveys from the last few weeks. I don't want anyone to loose out on the conclusion in a few weeks. Oh yeah, and there will be King Cake for Mardi Gras!!! Come share your experiences & break bread with us on Sunday morning. Oiler's Game

After talking about the best day for the event, we have decided to go to the Oiler's game with OKC on the 3rd of March. I have 36 tickets to give out, so let me know if you would like to join us or if you need an extra ticket to invite someone else from outside the class. I will distribute them on a first come, first serve basis so let me know. Thanks.

Opportunity to Connect with MBC

Richard Dixon, leader for Adult 2 SS class, stopped me Sunday to ask if our class would be willing to participate in a social with them. They want to get to know more of the younger members and hoped that we could join them for a meal. They were hoping to have a progressive dinner where everyone would have a separate course at different tables of people to facilitate discussion. I know we are not the most sociable group, but it would be a nice way to interact with the other members of the church. Nursery could be provided, and it would either be in Fellowship hall or the AC depending on anticipated headcount. What do you all think? Would you be willing to join me in this event? Give me some comments please!
