Vacation

I will be out the next two weeks, but don't fret. My friend Rob Bell is here to substitute via the Baxleys. Thanks to all of you for the time off. Be stretched & grow in my absence.

Women of Faith Conference

Ladies--The Women of Faith Conference is Aug 21-22 in Dallas. A group will leave the church at 1:00 pm on Friday and return late Sat night. Cost is $79.00 for the ticket plus hotel cost. Money for tickets is due by July 7th. See Tammi for more details...

Rob Bell's Everything is Spiritual speaking tour does a great job of explaining the Oneness of the universe...And best use award for use of a white board!!! This is definitely my substitute for me during vacation. Cosmology, Quantum Mechanics, & Hebrew Mysticism ...Go, go geeky Bible Study!

Thanks to everyone that was able to attend the fellowship last night! Several people have already stopped me to say how much they enjoyed it. I know that the Adult 2 folks appreciated the opportunity, and let me say thanks to them for treating us to such a good dinner!
