Parent's Workshop this Week

Remember this week we will meet in Kid's Korner room at 10am for the Parenting workshop with Clint May. Then, next week is Palm Sunday and the Easter Musical. So, we will have 1 worship service at 10:30am that week, and Bible study at 9am.

New Service Opportunity

Len Lovel has asked if every Bible Study class would nominate one person to be primarily responsible for visitations for that class/age group. This would include some visitors & also members. Class members would help supplement the actual visits, but this person would be the contact person who reported details back to the office, coordinate visits, etc. You would be able to do this at any time, and any day of the week which should give many new people an opportunity to serve in this way. It will take the place of the previous visitation program.

Having just finished our SHAPE work, it is a wonderful time to do some prayer & meditation on this to figure out if it would fit your SHAPE. If you feel like this is a great ministry opportunity for you, please contact me as soon as possible. I will also be announcing this in class for those not following the blog site. I am sure that God has touched someone in our group to fill this role, and I encourage you to be couragous in stepping out for this. You can do it!!!

For the last time, I am here to remind you to bring your SHAPE worksheets this week to Bible Study. Hopefully you have joined us each week for the last 8 weeks, but if not bring whatcha got. If you have a chance this week take a look at the collection of data about you that we have collected over that time to gather a picture of who you are and what you want. We will discuss and compare. Spice Night Blog

The girls of the LifeBuilder's group have organized a periodic fellowship call SPICE night (Sisters Praying, Inspiring, Cultivating & Encouraging). They are going to meet up at 6pm the last Thursday of the month at various locations. Ladies - please check out their site (linked above & below in our links section) for more specific information.
